The Nurse Residency Program is a 6-month program where new RN graduates have the opportunity to learn about specific topics which help them to build clinical competency and professional practice behaviors while deepening their understanding of the mission, purpose, and goal of our organization.
Under the guidance of the Education Department, the goal of the Nurse Residency Program is to embrace new RN graduates and enable them to grow in knowledge and confidence as they build a strong foundation for their nursing career.
Additionally, we understand that every nurse has different needs, and for that reason, we offer two Agency Nurse options.
