Regional COVID Antibody Administration Center Update

T.J. Samson Community Hospital has been designated as one of 50 Regional COVID-19 Antibody Administration Centers (CAAC) across Kentucky. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services allocates monoclonal antibody doses to each state weekly. The Kentucky Department for Public Health then sends doses to Regional CAACs based on current patient volumes and demand. These treatments are prescribed to patients who are at high risk for hospitalization or complications from COVID-19. More information about who can receive monoclonal antibody treatment is available at this website. A provider order is required.

Patients: to see if an infusion is right for you, please contact your healthcare provider.

Providers: Fax orders to 270.651.1823

T.J. Samson is proud to continue to offer this service to patients for whom it will be beneficial.
