The Patient Advocate for T.J. Regional Health strives to improve patient satisfaction, enhance quality of care and promote patient rights by facilitating communication with physicians, nurses, and all other hospital departments and employees.
This service is available at no charge to all patients to ensure that your stay or visit at any of T.J. Regional Health's locations is as convenient and comfortable as possible. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your care or treatment or the services provided, please bring this to the attention of your physician, nurse, house supervisor, other staff members or the Patient Advocate. As healthcare providers, our goal is to address and resolve concerns and answer your questions in a timely, reasonable, and consistent manner.
