Cardiac Rehabilitation

Cardiac rehabilitation is a comprehensive exercise and education program designed to improve the physical and emotional condition of patients with heart disease, including:

  • Heart attack
  • Bypass and angioplasty
  • Angina
  • Congestive heart failure
  • Heart transplant

Cardiac rehabilitation is designed to control symptoms, improve exercise tolerance, and improve the overall quality of life of our patients.

Generally lasting about twelve weeks, the programs usually include treadmill and general exercises set specifically to your pace, as well as education about proper diet and nutrition to support healthy living.
